I've finally found the title of the anime movie I was looking for. It's an old movie that have played at Ciné-Cadeau (movies for kids in the X-Mas period). It's Coral reef legend: Elfie of the blue sea (Sango-sho Densetsu: Aoi Umi no Erufii). But seems like I can't found that old movie of 1986... I'll continue searching the net but if anyone know where I can find it, post me an answer
